Key Responsibilities

• Verify accident-related information and case details
• Confirm customer eligibility and documentation accuracy
• Maintain accurate verification records
• Ensure compliance with campaign and company standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve verification issues
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets

Required Qualifications

• Previous BPO or verification experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong analytical and listening abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Computer and CRM proficiency
• Ability to work night shifts
