Location
• 1st Floor, Malhi Plaza, Main Murree Road, Saddar, Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities
• Verify customer eligibility and enrollment information for Medicare-related services
• Confirm customer details and ensure application accuracy
• Review documentation and maintain quality standards
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of all verified applications
• Ensure compliance with company and campaign requirements
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth processing
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets
Required Qualifications
• Previous BPO or Verification experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong listening and customer handling abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work night shifts
