Key Responsibilities

• Verify applicant and enrollment information
• Ensure accuracy of customer records and documentation
• Maintain compliance with campaign requirements
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
• Meet verification and quality assurance standards

Required Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills
• Previous BPO experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer and CRM proficiency
• Ability to work night shifts
