Key Responsibilities

• Verify customer information and policy details
• Confirm beneficiary and enrollment information
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
• Maintain verification records and reports
• Coordinate with quality assurance and sales teams
• Identify and report discrepancies when required
• Meet performance and quality targets

Required Qualifications

• Previous BPO or Verification experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work night shifts
